Book Buzz

Stimulating and lighthearted, this is a book club with a difference. There is no set reading. Bring your favourite books, passage or poetry and share this to spark discussions on life, love, the universe and everything in between.

Yoga for Relaxation and Wellbeing

Designed to teach you techniques to improve balance, posture and manage stress, this session is suitable for most levels of mobility. Booking is essential.

Singing is fantastic for both mental and physical health! No experience required, this free, social, natural voice choir is open to all. We can promise you fun and laughter and some cracking sing along tunes!

A Friendship Cafe based around needlecraft, we provide materials that you can turn into a woolly marvel! The items you make can then be given to organisations which benefit others, including the NHS and The Buddy Bag Foundation.
